A detailed initial costing based off the final design meeting which is subject to change throughout the production process. Integrating formulas to accurately calculate final costs, combining unit prices and quantities. 10% contingency added to the quantity of materials to allow for wastage.

Ordering Materials

17m x 10m tessellated cobblestone floor, made of 56 sheets of 6mm MDF. Pattern lined up with adjacent sheet on all 4 sides.
Each sheet took 57 minutes to pocket out the cobbles, resulting in a total machining time of 54 hours
