This production involved a high level of organisation and detail with both budgeting and also scheduling.

It required thorough logistical planning to navigate the specific load in times for the Old Library, Cardiff, to ensure we were being as efficient as possible with load ins and outs, as well as making use of the van hire whilst we had it. 

It also needed intricate risk assessments and method statements to guide large installation crews and scenic artists, resulting in a smooth fit up and get out process.
