Production Process
Scheduling
Creating, managing and overseeing the master schedule from the beginning of rehearsals til the end of production. From this master schedule, detailed call sheets and production schedules could be generated, as well as logistical planning for transport and operations.
Budgeting
Building and managing a formulated master budget sheet, broken down into departments for effective tracking of budgets and spending. Once departmental costings were submitted, budget could be negotiated and allocated, to allow for spending. Expenditure was tracked on a weekly basis through automated formulas to forecast potential overspending and give accurate figures on remaining budget.
