Production Process
Costings
A detailed initial costing based off the final design meeting which is subject to change throughout the production process. Integrating formulas to accurately calculate final costs, combining unit prices and quantities. 10% contingency added to the quantity of materials to allow for wastage.

Show floor sectioned up for CNC
A collection of construction drawings done using AutoCAD for bench carpenters to accurately build from, and CNC operators to reference.
CNC Programming
Programming the CNC router using Aspire 8.0 for the Atomic Symbol engraved floor. Ensuring that the toolpaths are correct using the preview function, and also ensuring that cutters and spindle/travel speeds are appropriate for the material of choice.
Made sure to accurately reference the CNC router's X, Y and Z axes to guarantee a repeatable, and accurate finish.
Had to ensure that files were clearly labeled and checked off to make sure the same sheet wasn't cut twice.
